Volumetric Weight
For bulky, lightweight packages, we charge on volumetric weight when it exceeds actual weight:
(Length × Width × Height) ÷ 4000
Fuel Surcharge
A fuel surcharge is added to every shipment, regardless of service type or weight. It's included automatically in your quoted total.
Outlying Area Fee
We automatically detect outlying deliveries from the suburb and city you enter at booking and add the fee to your total, with no need to flag it yourself.
VAT
15% VAT is applied to the full subtotal, in line with South African tax requirements.
